12/10/16


Today we continued and almost finished our story boards and have choreographed our fight scene, though it may need to be developed more. We have photographic and video data of our fight scene so that the actors are able to look at it to know what to do on the day of filming.

17/10/16

Today we were able to finish the story boards, the script, and the risk assessment. Luke and I also went to the beach for a location recon.

19/10/16

This lesson we went down to the beach to continue our filming. We started filming yesterday out side of lesson, but we have a problem with a few of the shot as our improvised dead cat ket getting in the way, unfortunately we did not realise at the time we where filming. We got the majority of the fight scene done, and a few close ups for dialog. Today we manage to get the establishing shot and the shots of her jumping down onto the beach.

In todays lesson we filmed the last shot of the film and managed to begin the editing process of the production.

02/11/16

Today in this lesson we continued to edit the footage. As well as this, we have discovered that we are 30 seconds short of the target of 90 seconds, thus we need to shoot a extra scene for after the fight scene. We have created a animated title for the beginning of the film.

04/11/16

This lesson we managed to finish editing the fight scene together, although we almost didnt as the PC kept crashing, and we also began planning the last 30 second scene of the short.

We have filmed the last scene and edited it together.
